Open-hardware CO2, PM2.5 and VOC air quality monitors
Connect your AirGradient monitor to an online dashboard beta
AirGradient builds open-source air quality monitors that measure CO2, particulate matter, temperature and humidity. Once API access is switched on in your AirGradient account, SensorConsole can pull your monitor's readings and chart them next to everything else you own, so you can follow indoor air quality remotely.
This connection is in beta: it is newer than our other integrations. If a reading does not come through, email sensorconsole@protonmail.com and we will sort it out.
What you can monitor
- CO2 monitors
- PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 particulate sensors
- Temperature and humidity
- VOC and NOx indices (supported models)
How to connect AirGradient online
- Enable API access In your AirGradient dashboard, open General Settings, then the Connectivity tab, and enable API access to receive a token.
- Find your Location ID It is listed on the Locations page of the AirGradient dashboard.
- Add it to SensorConsole Choose Connect a sensor, pick AirGradient, and enter the token and Location ID.
- Review the history Readings sync about every 15 minutes and build into charts on the device page.
Use cases
Rising CO2 is a reliable cue to open a window or run ventilation.
Compare several monitors on one dashboard instead of logging into each.
Questions about AirGradient and SensorConsole
How do I monitor my AirGradient remotely?
Enable API access in your AirGradient dashboard and add the token and Location ID to SensorConsole.
Is my AirGradient data used for anything else?
Your readings stay in your account. See our Privacy Policy for how de-identified data may improve the service.
Does it work with the open-source DIY version?
Monitors that report to the AirGradient cloud are supported. DIY builds can also push readings through the generic endpoint.
